Mississippi Sound is a new contemporary acappella ensemble ready to kick it in high gear right here in Central Mississippi!
No place has a richer musical heritage than Mississippi – the Birthplace of America’s Music. We’re looking for twelve of our best musicians to come together to express that heritage through the joy of pure singing – with no instruments.
Our members are all musical veterans – some are rock-and-rollers, church musicians, opera singers, barbershoppers, and songwriters. Despite our differences – polical, religious and otherwise – we come together to enjoy the deep spiritual soulfulness of pure acappella singing.
